I LOVE THIS CIRKUL CUP! I recently spent several weeks in the ICU for a bleeding ulcer. I was not drinking enough water and when I got out I purchased this cup and several cartridges. I absolutely loved all of the different flavors that were available and loved trying them all. some of my favorites are the white cherry, mixed berry, blackberry lemonade, blueberry lemonade, honeycrisp apple, watermelon strawberry, blue raspberry, and fruit punch. they are so easy to swap out and they have also helped with my diabetes. my blood sugar has gone down significantly and my nurses are so happy. so thrilled with my purchase of this cup.
