The size was what I was looking for, it would have been cheaper to use the bookcase hack but I got a little more space with this and the price was just right

I bought two of these (for two different places in my house). I put one together all by myself, and took about 2 hours, tops. Instructions were clear, everything came protected, even though I had to leave the box outside for a few days before setting them up. (HEAVY boxes!) However, once assembled, the unit is light, and it was easy to attach to the wall for safety. Like I mentioned in my title, this unit is sturdier than other cabinets that I have built, in this price range. Instead of wooden dowels holding it together, there are metal screws and pieces that hold things together securely. I was impressed with the poles, as they are one-size and not adjustable, so things slide perfectly, and it's a thick pole. There are no week spots. I removed our old wire closet system in our front hallway, and have had this new unit in there for a week. I have four kids aged 16 to 3, and I got ALL my kids seasonal jackets on the bottom, and my husband's and my seasonal jackets hung up at the top. (I plan on switching out for the seasons, of course.) I'm ordering some cube towers for the side, to fill-in the rest of our small closet, so we have places for our gloves and seasonal hats. we will have so much room in there! (I will probably have at least four empty cube drawers for miscellaneous household things, in the cubes we plan on installing.) Our jackets now have room, and even more space opened up for the kiddos at the bottom. What a space saver! I am very happy with this purchase.
