Stops your snoring without breaking your wallet

I have obstructive sleep apnea and have been prescribed mandibular advancement devices and have used several different OTC ones also. I read about tongue retention devices and decided to try a few. This one really works. It takes some time to get used to, and it will wear out after 3-4 months. But for the price, I'd rather spend $20 for a year's supply of these than spend 5X that amount for a mandibular advancement device that leaves my mouth sore and has to be replaced every 6 months.

Works well, and far better than the alternatives

This works for me and it is better than my CPAP. It is only for someone whose tongue needs "restraining", so it doesn't fall into the airway and obstruct breathing. The alternatives are much more expensive and inconvenient. Inspire would do the same thing (keep the tongue out of the airway), but it requires an invasive surgical procedure!
