Great vale for warm base layer. I wear a large/ xlarge in women's and wear typically X-Large in Cuddleduds. The body fit perfect, but the sleeves a tad short. The shirt still worked fine, but couldn't use the thumbholes. The sleeves did stay down under my other layers.

Great for outdoor activities and true to size..

Not as thick as their artic wear. Not too warm to wear indoors on its own. Outside is slick so easy to slip a sweater over. Inside is lightly brushed which is great for heat retention and has a soft and cozy to skin feel. There are thumb holes and a wrist cuff that can be folded over your entire hand. Fit is true to size. I think this will be great as a base layer for most extended outdoor winter activities.
