Instructions
Easier than apple pie:Prepare 1 refrigerated pie crust as directed on package. Place on foil-lined 12-inch pizza pan; press out any folds. Brush crust with some of 1 lightly beaten egg white. Mix 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch and 1 tbsp. Ground Cinnamon. Toss with 4 cups thinly sliced peeled apples. Spoon into center of crust; spread to within 2 inches of edge. Fold 2-inch edge of crust up over apples, pleating crust as needed. Brush with remaining egg white; sprinkle 1 tsp. sugar. Bake in preheated 425 °F oven 20 minutes.

A Great General Brand
I love cinnamon and go through it like crazy. There aren't many kinds I don't like. If a recipe calls for 1 tsp, I put 2 tsp. It's my favorite spice. This particular McCormick type isn't all that strong but it gives a very pleasant overall spice taste to whatever you use it for.

I wanted to get a quality cinnamon I used it in a lot of various different ways, in my tea, in my coffee, in my oatmeal, and my yogurt, great taste doesn't take up in the bottle and stick together it's a quality cinnamon a little expensive but it's worth it.

I love the product, but my most recent purchase labeled “use by Feb 01 29, H 16:49” was 2 bottles with caps that would not screw off. I was able to puncture the inner seal, thru the sprinkling holes, with an ice pick but this is not up to McCormick quality.
