Another Great Value success!

Great Value Jumbo Biscuits are as good as the Pillsbury Grands. They bake up good. I always use parchment paper to keep the bottoms brown. They can be used for a variety of recipes. We make our own sausage biscuits and store them for the week for a quick warm up breakfast. Also, use them in a Biscuits %26 Gravy casserole which we bake for supper. Make great quick dumplings for chicken %26 dumplings.

I buy these for my Dad often. He prefers these to the name brand version or any of the other store brands he has tried. The size, flakiness, and fluffiness is excellent. They pair well with butter or sausage or jams, for an excellent simple. quick breakfast. I am sure they would pair nicely with other breakfast meats like ham. They do not go stale as quickly as other brands, and Dad claims they do not have an aftertaste. I appreciate the savings.

Great quality when you are making chicken and biscuits using the rotisserie chicken from 2 nights ago with a jar of home style gravy and a steamer bag of sweet baby peas. These buttermilk biscuits made the meal perfect. Thank you Walmart, your soft moist tender flavor filled buttermilk biscuits are as good as the more expensive brands.
