okay so I must start off by saying I never got to use the item. when I opened it. it was just way too big for my countertop as I have limited space so I ended up returning it. I had no place to store it. however, everything looked to be of good quality. therefore, that is why I had to give one star when it came to to the use and the equipment because honestly, if I haven't tried it to be able to tell you if it was flimsy or if it made any kind of noise if it worked correctly, I cannot give my opinion on that. only by which what I saw upon opening the box. I felt compared to the prices at other places for the same item. it was an excellent deal. other stores wanted a lot more money and this company was selling the same item for way less and that was within my budget. otherwise I never would have purchased this if it had been over the amount of $150 that this sold for through walmart.com. other places wanted $170 to over $200 for the same item. I would recommend this but as I stated I can't tell you when it comes to. if it works the way it should I can only tell you from the product of what I saw upon opening it.
