I bought these because I was reading in an article about dressing professionally that they are great for under the buttoned up tailored jacket or Channel jacket because they eliminate draft and are not as cumbersome feeling as a full blouse. Plus at the price, once they turn gray or yellow, they are easy to replace. They are the bomb underneath work out clothes on the days that it is still a bit on the cool side.

Great value. I wear athletic undershirts exclusively and am always on the lookout for a good value on a reliable undershirt. I'm happy if I get a few months of wear in a weekly rotation if the price is right for a good comfortable shirt. I like the Hanes shirts because the fabric isn't as heavy as other brands and they generally fit true to size. The only minor flaw, which other reviewers consistently comment on is there is a "serge tail" on the shoulder straps of every shirt which is simple to trim off. It's a small inconvenience for a good reliable shirt which I know will look good for several months and then I'll be in the market for more replacements.
