A delicious fresh crumbling cheese.

This is a great tasting cheese that crumbles nicely to top salads, tacos, tostadas, or any of your favorite meals. Like most fresh cheeses, this one comes very moist with even some water in the package, which can lead to a slimy texture if stored in plastic containers. So when you first open the package, I highly recommend that you rinse the cheese under cold water and then pat it dry with some paper towels, and place it in a Tupperware type container on top of a dry paper towel, the paper towel will absorb any excess moisture and your cheese will remain fresh longer in the refrigerator and because it's in Tupperware it won't dry out.
