Great Carb Replenishment for Athletes

Great powder for mixing for long distance runs. I'll run 25-30 miles a week and look for a sugary drink for carb replenishment so I do not bonk. Great taste and I can adjust the drink's strength to my liking. I've never had issue with the packaging and keep in a cool dry place. I was raised on this stuff and has not changed over the years.
