"JIFFY" Raspberry Muffin Mix, 7 oz Box

I absolutely love JIFFY Blueberry Muffin Mix—not just for muffins! I use it as a shortcut for making blueberry scones and add extra blueberries because, in my opinion, you can never have too many blueberries! 😂 The mix makes it so easy to whip up a batch of tender, delicious scones without starting completely from scratch. They're wonderful with a cup of coffee and taste like I spent much more time baking than I actually did. This is one of those inexpensive little pantry shortcuts I always like having on hand.

These have been around forever and it's because they're delicious. In today's health conscious world they are far from the most healthy or natural blueberry muffins, but there's no denying that they're tasty and inexpensive! A great once-in-a-while morning treat and the scent filling the kitchen is amazing. I recommend always making two boxes at once so there's enough for everyone. Leftovers keep just fine for a few days outside in tupperware. Great to bring with you on trips too.
