Worth it for back relief and arch support

Bought this for my RV coach and 5-12 hour driving days. Easy to shift around and take in and out while driving. Previously used a towel and this is worth it. You can easy move up and down to adjust or even flip it around for a different level of support.

Very nice for the price!

After my recent mastectomy and reconstruction, I had to return to work. For me, that's mainly sitting at a desk for 12 hours, three days in a row. My upper back was already sore as it adjusted to the reconstruction, so I knew upper back support was crucial to making it through the day. It fastened on to the back of my office chair with a tight elastic band. The color happened to match my chair so it wasn't too noticeable. The pad was firm and provided comfortable posture support. It had good air flow which didn't leave my back feeling overheated or sweaty.
