This fiber powder has a really good taste and it seems to work very well. It's also great for lowering cholesterol and can help with your diet by helping you feel full longer. I actually like the taste better than the name brand. If you have occasional constipation, it's very helpful!

Good for smooth digestive functioning.

It is a fine product. It does the job. It aids the digestive track to function properly. I use it to stop both constipation and diarrhea in that it provides a middle ground for efficient movement within the digestive track. If that works, the taste or texture doesn't matter much. Its not too bad. I started with the smallest dose, and each day worked my way up till I found the perfect dose for my system. I'm grateful that there is such a fine product.

Excellent fiber at the best price around!

Great product at a reasonable price. For a couple years I was using the regular (sugar) version of this fiber. But my dietician surprised me with the fact that HALF of the regular version is SUGAR! So switching to THIS version you can use HALF as much for the same result.
