Versatile and consistent in quality and taste!

For years I have purchased a higher end brand but recently when it was out of stock I opted for Great Value. I am very impressed with the quality and flavor of this store brand sauce. The tomatoes are crushed evenly which makes this ideal for making a homemade pasta sauce or a nice smooth salsa which is what I made last time I bought it. I use this to make my own spaghetti sauce . Tastes so fresh ! Add what I want . Green peppers / onions / mushrooms / garlic / herbs . Let simmer on low about 20 minutes each side. I do add a sprinkle of sugar to cut acidity . So much better than more expensive jar sauce %26 tastier . The color is a beautiful red ! Not watery . Full of tomatoes .
