I've used these for toddlers! 2 toddlers to be exact. Now keep in mind these are not water absorbing. I'd say the size is true to size! If you That's not the point of potty training. When they have accidents it will go down their legs, which therefore signals an “oh oh,” in their brain! The characters are cute and encourages the kiddos not to potty on their fav character haha!
