Walmart is my go-to for all my pain relievers I order the equate brand all the pain relievers I find them to do the same result as the name brand pain relievers so the ibuprofen Tylenol Aleve all them in the equate brand is just as good and I'm in pain a lot I have a couple I have Lyme disease and each one of these help me through my day the equate brand is the best
