I take 2, 200mg tablets and 2 Equate Tylenol 500mg tablets wen in pain and they work perfectly and get through my hour shift if I'm in serious pain I take 4, 200mg and 2, 500mg Equate Tylenol tablets but only in severe pain ( not often) usually just take the lowest dose 2 tablets of the 200mg and my pain isn't every day I don't recommend taking drugs for pain every day but if you must have them make sure to take the lowest amount to avoid liver damage and drink a lot of water to flush them out of your kidneys and liver best of luck to all of you, You Can't Beat Equate Prices It's Off brand Name But Same Ingredients As tylenol and ibuprofen at a much lower price that doesn't rip you off and works the same good looking God bless

I hate pain. Equate Ibuprofen handles the pain in my joints and lower back. I get the big bottles in a two pack so we don't run out because my other younger family members also appreciate the relief. I choose this over regular ibuprofen, Motrin brand! The regular Motrin works, but does not work good like this brand and I have been using this brand for many years! I ended up having to select this brand one time when I didn't have enough money to buy the regular Motrin so I was like fine. I might as well just buy the Walmart brand. I haven't turned back since. This Motrin works really well when you take it with water or if you take it with a carbonated drink on a full stomach! If you're in excruciating pain, take it in the evening when you go to sleep in the morning you should feel so much better. I usually take about 800 mg when I need to in the evening because I had my ankle replaced several years ago and every now and then I still deal with pain. It really truly does bring me relief when I use it this way. Then I'll use Tylenol during the day.. it's excellent for menstrual cramps, toothaches, and headaches
