We go through an ins@ne amount of this cheese! I use it on everything from pizza, tacos, breakfast burritos, pasta pretty much everything I cook. I love the flavor. Substitute for everything that calls for parmesan as well. It's a bit spendy for my liking, but we can't be without it.

Would be nice to have a smaller bag/cheaper option

This cotija cheese tastes great. We make elote when corn is in season and my family loves it. My only wish is that there were an option to spend less and buy a smaller bag. Cotija cheese isn't a food staple in our home and after we make elote a couple times there's still a lot leftover that ends up being wasted.
