Campbell's Condensed Vegetarian Vegetable Soup, 10.5 oz Can

Very good soup alone or added to another tomato based soup.. I personally like to add to Campbells Hearty classic chicken noodle soup drained, or a can of mixed vegetables drained and added to vegetarian vegetable soup.. use your imagination and you will be surprised at what other good meals you can mix together. I personally always use Campbell. Brand.

I rate it as a tasty base for preparations of my own "inspiration", and as a soup. For nutritional value, my expectations are modest because it is a soup rathrer than a serviing of fresh vegetables, cooked quickly at low heat. The taste is nice but, for me, a bit salty. Quickly and easily, for nutrition and for fiber, I add "no salt added" greeb beans or freshly cooked leafy vegetables. With cooked pasta, I may add half a can (5.5oz) of the diluted, scanned condensate with shredded GV mozzarella cheese or chicken or King Oscar mackerel for protein, a quick meal! Saves much time and effort and saves the nutrition! Combins variety, good health, and ease. I run hot water through salty canned foods to remove salt.
