Good for the immune system

I've been taking this vitamin C for about a year, prior to that I was constantly picking something up from my daycare attending grandchildren, but since I started taking this I seem to have fewer colds and sore throats and I honestly think it's because of taking this daily, I was taking 1000 but I recently started taking 500 mg, we'll see if it still holds true

Ester-C Is the Best Vitamin C

I have Anemia, so I need to take Iron supplements daily. You need to take Iron with Vitamin C to have your body absorb it. I prefer Ester-C supplements over other Vitamin C tablets. I have less stomach irritation with these tablets and it seems to help fight off colds too.

Love these.

My doctor recommended vitamin C to help with both a low iron absorption issue, and also allergies that I deal with year round. I'd tried a gummy one that was 250 mg, but I can't say I noticed a difference. I just finished my first bottle of this one though, and I can definitely say I've noticed a significant improvement these last few months. I take it in the morning half an hour before breakfast and honestly within a week I felt like I noticed that I just felt a bit better already. Will definitely be keeping this as part of my daily routine.
