I barely get a cold along with sink I'm in good shape. I will also take the D3 K2 very important few others that are important but they're kind of main ones. I was unable to take regular vitamin C. It upset my stomach every time I took it. Tried all brands. Finally decided to take Ester C. It is a timed release vitamin. It doesn't release it all at once. I have Anemia, so I need to take Iron supplements daily. You need to take Iron with Vitamin C to have your body absorb it. I prefer Ester-C supplements over other Vitamin C tablets. I have less stomach irritation with these tablets and it seems to help fight off colds too.
