These veggies are the best canned variety. They're the most affordable and the most flavorful. Never salty and you get those vitamins and minerals you need. While fresh is always best, it's not always convenient. I always add two cans of these mixed veggies and also the Mixed Vegetable Medley (difference is that one has celery and the other doesn't) in my beef and vegetable soup, like mom use to make. So, with fall coming, stock up, and make some delicious vegetable soup for your family, and be sure to use the Great Value canned veggies, juice and all, for the very best flavors!
