Two in one; fruit and juice

These pineapple chunks are pretty good. Sometimes they aren't very sweet and so the flavor isn't as good but other times they are super good. The can is easy to open. The chucks are pretty big, but work well for a variety of meals. We've used them for stir fry and pizza toppings. I also like that it is packaged in pineapple juice. A can this size yields about 6-8 oz of juice. I then use the juice for fajita marinade or homemade teriyaki sauce.

Healthy snack with fiber, which helps us

These are very good quality I believe believe that it's impossible to get all of the topper stuff within a pineapple chopped up small up so I blend it with a blender. Add some milk and you've got a very healthy snack. Sometimes it could be a little sweeter some sugar does the trick.

Pineapple canned in its on juice is very healthy, digestion wise it's great. I love my coleslaw with pineapple chunks in it and always add a bit of the juice to the dressing. I use pineapple chunks quite a bit. Chinese sweet and sour, any type of fruit salad and sometimes I eat it along with sausage and eggs.
