My feet are narrow and small which can be hard to find - narrow and small. if i have to go up a size for a narrow shoe or i have to go down a size with a larger width i needed something to keep the shoes from flopping up and down off my heel. Well this finally did the trick for me. if you have my problem, you might give them a try but remember not everything works for everybody.
