Good and very convenient

Mushrooms are sold fresh, canned, or in jars. The processed ones are whole, sliced, or stems and pieces. Canned stems and pieces are the bottom grade but once chopped and sautéed in butter it's pretty hard to tell the difference. Pantry stable is worth the slight difference.

Great mushrooms

I use them for chili I like the caps more but since they go in my chili I didn't care I chose these over the caps because the big difference in price can't remember exactly the difference but the cans that are only caps cost a lot more than stems and caps and since there goin in chili I get the cost friendlier mushrooms

The mushrooms already cooked you do miss some of the taste, but still taste great. They are very handy if you need to cook something up very fast. Use them as you would do with fresh mushrooms. The cost is very reasonable for what you get.
