EXCELLENT. DELICIOUS TASTE. ONE OF THE FEW MOUTHWASHES THAT ACTUALLY HAS CPC (cetylpyridinium chloride) AN ACTIVE INGREDIENT THAT IS BOTH Antigingivitis/Antiplaque FOR BETTER ORAL HEALTH. I USE IT BOTH BEFORE BRUSHING TO LOOSEN TRAPPED FOOD PARTICLES THEN AGAIN AFTER BRUSHING TO RINSE AND KEEP MY BREATH CLEAN AND FRESH. VISIBLY REDUCES PLAQUE AND WHITENS TEETH IN A WEEK'S TIME. PERFECT FOR GARGLING WHEN YOU HAVE A SORE THROAT OR MINOR MOUTH IRRITATION. THIS IS THE BEST MOUTHWASH I HAVE EVER USED.
