Naturally Gluten-free. Even before we knew about Celiac Disease these granola bars were a favorite snack or breakfast alternative. Unlike some manufacturers, Nature Valley did not reduce the size of their granola bars to imply a lower calorie item. Same great taste from the same great company.

Great flavor. I am a granola lover. I have bought these several times. I prefer to buy them from another retailer who has them on sale at least every 6 weeks or so. I have eaten these as a late night snack many times. they are not sweet and also not bitter as dark chocolate often is. I crumbled one up in milk and ate like cereal.
