High quality flour

I think this is one of the higher quality flowers that you can readily get at the grocery store. I think it has a great texture and flavor and has never failed me in any of my baking recipes. This size bag also fits perfectly into a standard gallon Ziploc type bag to keep it fresh.

Wonderful for quality baking

Purchased this flour to make traditional Christmas cookies. I always purchase Gold Medal as I find the quality to be perfect for my family's favorite recipes. I've purchased less expensive flour but the end product doesn't have the same texture as when I use this brand. Definitely recommend if your family, like mine, is expecting their favorite cookies.

It's my first time using the product myself, even though, I have eaten this product as a child over the decades, from all types of baked good is my guess. I decided some weeks back to try some simple baking for the first time, so yes, I'm sure after 60 plus years it tastes great. I think you need this product for the basic chocolate chip cookies not many US based children have not tasted them
