These eyelid cleaner wipes are easy to use that come individually wrapped to keep them sanitary. I was recommended these by my eye doctor after having swelling in my eye lid. Using these helped keep my eye clean and remove the bacteria that was causing the irritants. It feels like rubbing soap on your eyelid. I recommend cleaning one eye at a time and rinsing. It is easier to rinse while showering instead of in the sink but either way works. My eye doctor said you can use one side of the wipe for one eye and flip it over for the other eye.
