Daisy Pure and Natural Sour Cream, 16 oz (1 lb) Tub (Refrigerated)

I really enjoy sour cream to the point of using it to dip bread in for a snack. This is good but not quite what I remember sour cream being like. I am not sure of the brand I really liked but it is a red and white container. Breakstone? Something like that.

Unfortunately, I can't really vouch for this since I've only used it in baking and those recipes really want other flavors to come through the filter of the sour cream flavor or for the texture it brings to the product. This is really a great product, but depending on how you use it, you don't need to pay more for it than whatever the Great Value brand will set you back. In baking, the brand you use doesn't matter very often. 100% of something is 100% regardless of the label on the container. Compare ingredients and decide for yourself if it's worth the extra money.
