Works good for sauces

I think this paste does a good job in thickening my fresh tomato sauces. It doesn't taste too acidic

Concentrated Tomato Flavor

Pros * Adds deep tomato flavor without introducing much extra liquid. * Small can is useful for chili, soups, sauces, and braises. Con * Many recipes use only part of a can, so leftovers need to be stored. Fun Fact * Tomato paste is made by cooking tomatoes down until most of their water is removed.
