Formulated for first aid wound care, the antibiotic ointment contains bacitracin zinc, neomycin sulfate and polymyxin B sulfate to help fight infection for 24 hours. The first aid topical ointment is also formulated with pramoxine hydrochloride to help soothe and reduce pain from minor wounds for maximum-strength relief. For all around treatment of wounds this is my favorite. It is cool and calming and works incredibly well. I had an infection on my finger that would not go away but I treated it with this and the pain was gone within a day and the healing started. So I always make sure to have this.

Have used neosporon for many years. As a post surgical nurse, I saw it used on minor wounds. With good success. Started using for my family Children liked easy application and no burning. Retired now, but would never be without for grands. They especially like the pain relief aspect after application. Good stuff. I don't think that I would ever buy that bread again! It had so many holes in it that it was impossible to use to make sandwich. Everything kept going through the bread. Basically it was like not having bread there when you tried to make a sandwich!
