This is really good. I make "French Onion Grilled Cheese" Sandwiches. Caramelize sliced onions in butter, then make grilled cheese with 2 slices of bread, 1 slice of gouda cheese , caramelized onions and 1 slice of American cheese, the cheese melts, nicely. Good dipped in beef pot roast soup....the cheese is also, good on crackers,etc.
