Land O Lakes® Unsalted Butter Sticks, Sweet Cream, 4 Sticks, 1 lb

I’ve used this bun butter for several years and I’ve used it for baking and it’s good quality my cakes and pies and turned out fine. One thing I would like to mention is that the price of all dairy products has gone up due to the economy, but I was glad to see that price gouging is not being done at Walmart. At least I don’t think so. Good job Walmart.

This butter is seriously good for all my uses. I use it pretty much every day with eggs and toast. To make eggs not stick to the pan, I let the butter start bubbling in the pan and then crack the eggs into the pan. They cook without hardly any mess to clean up, and the butter never tastes burnt - in fact, it makes the eggs taste a lot better. Overall, it has a good enough taste that it almost tastes creamy, like a sort of smoothness that I would expect in some sort of donut filling. I know that sounds silly, but I guess why I think that is because I don't eat much sugar at all. So, my brain might be associating this butter (specifically when eaten cold with a type of bread) with that kind of cold-donut-filling experience. As I type this, I realized I haven't tried this butter with croissants yet, but now I am definitely going to. Knowing how this tastes with wheat bread, I am almost 100% certain this butter will be a great pair with croissants.
