This is a nice little snack for when you are a little bit hungry for most people. . I actually use it as my full meal with a piece of fruit, trying to lose a few pounds and I've lost 12lbs in just 2 months of eating these for my dinner. Very tasty too!

I am so please withHormel Completes.My favorites are the chicken and meatloaf. I am a Senior and live alone. When I don't want to cook a whole meal on the stove, I heat up a Chicken or meatloaf dinner meal in my microwave. I add green beans to my meal.Portions are enough, and the graveyard tops it off. that's that's pretty good shelf stable really good for your backup pantry in case something goes wrong earthquake extra not very tasty but good enough textures a little off but edible I got several of them and I eat them every once in a while just to rotate them
