It satisfied that meatloaf craving for SURE!

I was a skeptic. I like to make my own, but it's just me here. This was just a small amount. Just right for about two people. Heat it up in the microwave. Had the ketchup topping on it. The meat was a little less "meaty textured" than I was hoping for. Smaller and a little grainier I guess you could say. But overall, when you are cooking for one and it's a TV Dinner kind of night - heat one of these up with a single cup of some peas and a microwaved baked potato and ...voila! You have a dinner to satisfied with (and you'll have leftovers for a meatloaf sandwich tomorrow!)
