Tastes great and a good meal substitute.

I started using this product many years ago on Weight Watchers. I never could stand food on an empty stomach and this was a great, filling and tasty drink I could bring along on the drive to work. Now it is a a meal substitute when I need to eat, but just have no appetite. The vanilla flavor reminds me of my favorite French Vanilla ice cream. Plenty of nutrients, especially fiber and keeps me full for three hours. Added bonus, the labels come off easily and the container is great for storage!

A Way To Cut Calories

This is an excellent meal replacement. It can be mixed with either milk or water. Also, I add a banana and strawberries, and blend in a blender, to make for an even tastier drink.
