I love the smell of castor pre-mix.

I have used Castor 927 off and on since the early 90's. It burns much cleaner than some other brands of castor, probably due in part to the synthetic oil its blended with. My 125 seems to make the best power with this oil for some reason, and it may just be in my mind, but I can lift the front wheel off the ground more easily. I have had some carbon buildup on the piston crown, but have never stuck a ring or have a power valve get too gummed up. My 2007 YZ125 still has its original bottom end, so I'll keep running this stuff. The only issue I have is that there is no dye in 927, so I have to put a label on the gas can with the ratio and the date mixed so I don't panic and dump it in my old truck because I forgot if I mixed oil in the gas or not. Good stuff!

41 years of keeping us ripping!

My dad always ran this in our bikes growing up racing, and I still run it in all of our machines and have never had an engine seize while running it. Thats 41 years Ive been riding with this oil and never had a failure i could attribute to poor quality 2T oil. I also run this in all my chainsaws. Only kicker is that there is no dye so be sure to mark you 2 stroke gas cans.
