What is Magnesium Glycinate?

Magnesium Glycinate is a highly absorbable form of magnesium, an essential mineral the body needs but cannot produce on its own.* While magnesium can be obtained through certain foods, a high-quality supplement can help men and women satisfy their daily requirement for this important mineral.

Nature’s Truth Magnesium Glycinate Softgels

Each serving of our quick release Magnesium softgels delivers 250 mg of this important mineral, as Magnesium Glycinate. Our high absorption formula is a convenient way for adults to add an excellent source of an essential mineral into their day.*

Softgels easy to swallow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these softgels because they're easy to swallow and don't have any flavor. With only two softgels per fia, you get 250mg of magnesium glycinate, more than half the recommended daily dose in general. Non GMO and Gluten Free is a really good plus.
