Carex Daylight Classic Plus Bright Light Therapy Lamp, 10,000 LUX, White

I purchased Carex lamp a week ago. It fit my interior perfectly and it is very easy to operate. I enjoy light therapy and a daylight lamp feature.

I chose this light based on it being the top pick from the NYT Wirecutter as well as another site that collected information on the type and amount of light emitted being true and optimal for a therapeutic use case. I would agree that it is an excellent product overall and is effective for its intended purpose. Although very bright the front diffuser does a good job at scattering the light so it doesn't feel like you're staring into a flashlight. Gets warm to the touch after being on for 30 minutes, the suggested amount of therapeutic time, but is definitely not too hot to touch. Feels sturdy, and has adjustable tilt and height. Bigger than you'll imagine I'd wager. Set up a station for it and some morning reading while you catch some artificial rays to trick your brain into thinking you're playing outside instead of the fluorescent nightmare in which most of us exist.
