Easy to use and it is very smooth

The gift switches are a joy to hear, very creamy! I haven't tried Bluetooth, only the dongle, but the key presses are very responsive. Very low latency. The software is easy to navigate and very flexible. Almost. It took me about a half hour to figure out where to go to change the gif (the keyboard must be in wired mode, then the gif tab will show up.) On top of that, the process is so convoluted that it took a 10 step instruction on reddit for many people to understand it. Put simply, you have to splice the gif then you can import it. Tho it may need some adjustments, such as if a gif is going too fast (which the preview mode will not actually show), then you'll need to fix that then re-splice it. It's not that bad once you figure out the process but it's very user unfriendly. Not to mention it mentions absolutely none of this in the manual. I only found out about the gif thing to begin with in a YouTube video. Moving on, it's nice that the date and time on its little screen automatically syncs up to the computer and even shows the time down to the second. I appreciate the package coming with a puller and some spare switches. My only real con with the keyboard is the backlight not shining through the letters. I've been spoiled rotten by my previous keyboard that's also half the price of this one, so I thought every lit up keyboard was like this. And unfortunately the AK820 has much thinner key caps so I can't swap them with my old ones. It doesn't particularly help that it's not very bright either. But I like this keyboard too much for that to matter.
