This jacket is warm without the warmers even turned on. The sleeves come off, the hood comes off. It is nice. I bought ones for my son and husband. They both love them and the rest of the family wants their own now. They are nice, the pictures online do not do it justice. My son wears a medium and my husband wears a large, they fit perfectly on each of them. It has a nice fleece liner on the inside, the outside is water resistant and wipes clean easily.
