I used to be a very good skater as a teenager. I could even dance on my quad wheels. I went everywhere in my skates. On the open air around the neighborhood and to the rink 3 - 5 times a week. I practically lived in them. So when I got these you know I had to get on them immediately. Do keep in mind I am now almost 51. I want to start skating again. It has been 32 years since I have been on my wheels. I have practiced in my home, but there are just too many obstacles to really get around. So now it is time to get to the pavement and practice skating there. I got these a bit big because I did not want them to be tight and hurt my feet. I also knew that my feet would swell after some time in them. It is hard to skate again, but with time I'll get there. The only thing that holds you back is yourself. I love my new skates. They roll smoothly, look fantastic, fit my feet well, and look cool when the wheels light up. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to do a "fun" exercise and not get bored.
