This is the same pump that ships with new Catit Flower Fountain cat waterers. same 7.5v USB. Same model numbers on the pump. How does it last? Do not know, just arrived today, and the old one quieted down it's noise making, so haven't swapped it out.

OEM kinda guy.

My soon to be 10 year old Bengal has been using the Catit Flower Fountain practically her whole life, basically as soon as she could reach. This is the third pump we've replaced in that time period. The other 2 gave us ample warning they didn't have long to go as they get progressively louder to a point she'd hesitate to use the fountain. She doesn't like water from a bowl as she is a creature of habit. I don't know if the cheaper motors get loud, my fear being they suddenly stop working without warning. The OEM motors are worth paying a little more for considering their 24/7 service, IMHO. Walmart provided free shipping and it arrived much quicker than I thought it would take. The price was more reasonable than the big pet box stores.

Easy replacement

The original pump lasted around six years. Super relieved to see I could get a replacement instead of replacing the whole fountain. New pump is quiet, easy replacement. thank you so much
