The filters I received are not the same as described and pictured. According to the description, I was buying the AP217 filters. I received CFS217 filters by 3M. I am not happy that I did receive the filters that the seller let me believe I was supposed to receive. False advertising.

i takes too long to get my merchandise ,specially after I have ready pay for it

Cups are great. Problem is they arrived with the inside packages not closed and were spewn all over the inside of the box separately. Each sleeve had tape intended to keep the bag closed but were taped wrong. I was not happy to pick up each cup separately and get the back into there original plastic bag.

Buy directly from Fresh Water Systems Inc instead of through Walmart

The pressure switch was delivered promptly. The only thing I was not too thrilled with was the packaging... There was no padding to keep the switch box from being thrown around in the bigger outer box, but since the switch was undamaged, it was OK.

I did not have any interaction with Fresh Water Systems beyond my dealing with Walmart, so I cannot comment on them, except to say that the product ordered appeared to arrive intact, appropriately packaged, and to be new and as described and expected. It was delivered on time or even a little earlier than promised. I was pleased.
