Communication didn't occur but the shipping and arrival date were initially almost 2 weeks out when my order was placed. Then I received a notice it was arriving early but only by 2 or 3 days and then I received a notice that it was delivered and all together, from night of order to deliver at the door was 9 days. Happy it arrived earlier then expected but not much in the way of overall notices regarding the product.
