Shipping time was reasonable. The product is true to size for men. If you are a woman buying one I would recommend going down one size. I bought one for my husband and within a few weeks the zipper was missing a couple of teeth so I ordered him another one because he loved it so much. I got each of us one and we both love them. Very comfortable to wear.
