Very disappointed I could not just send it back through Walmart like many other Marketplace purchases. When I contacted the vendor directly, they said to go through Walmart. After several calls with Walmart's customer service, they finally acknowledged responsibility. I sent it back at my own expense, tracked it, saw that they received it and still no notification, or refund.
