Is the seller to blame for the missing parts and improper fit? I’m not sure. But I guess I would have to say at the very least, the description was inaccurate on two counts.

Well, like most things in the world, this creeper is yet another product that will fill up landfill quickly. Rubber separated from wheel and the creeper is just a year old. We're 50 year old adults who take very good care of the things we buy because we are frugal and place value in caring for things. I'm tired of being subjected to cheap manufacturers out to make a quick buck off the sweat and tears of hard working people. If you're looking to buy a new creeper every year or trying to find after market replacement parts because they don't even offer them on their site, then this is the crap product for you to throw money at.

I ordered a complete exhaust system from Walmart/DNA motorsports. After almost completely installing, I realized that the exhaust tip was missing. I contacted the company through Emails, sent pictures upon request and they're claiming that they don't carry replacement parts. I'm offered a full refund but I've already invested time in the installation and would be investing more time for removal. How can a company sell a product without being able to replace missing pieces. I would strongly suggest not to purchase anything from this company. I wasn't even able to speak to a customer service representative after requesting. BAD BUSINESS!!!

They need to update the listing for this item. It does require a drilling into the golf cart. Item was well priced and did arrive on time so I’m only taking off one star even though this is a massive inconvenience for me.
