I don't think the seller believed me that I only received 3 and one was a color that I did not order. I took photos of the package and the three tops so she could see exactly what I received. i returned the three that I did receive, and was told I would receive credit for those three, but what about credit for the other three that I paid for and did not receive?

The store level was of no help to me. I contacted the distributor and he was the only reason this was a successful purchase. He was amazing and went above and beyond.

The product was as described and then arrived quickly.

They were a little thin, but they’ll work fine for summer. I need to buy some long sleeves that are thicker, but not insulated.

They sent the wrong color. I contacted them and said they would give me a refund. They said to take the item to Walmart and they will return it. When I did take it I was told they do not do that. I think I got the refund but I didn't get the color of sweater I had wanted.

No communication, I just returned the jacket and went somewhere else

item came as described. needed for a costume and came on time. was also comfortable to wear.
