Never buying from this company. My order of eye brow pencils were put in a ziplock bag. It was not in the original Maybelline sealed package. One of the pencil points was broken. I reached out to the seller and explained about unsatisfactory product and was told to send a picture. I sent a picture of the product. Then was asked if still have “original” package and to put product back in package, seal it, and bring to post office but put in outside bin with my address scratched off package and to address “return to sender. “ Unbelievable a company would email a customer this. Once a package has been opened, you legally forfeit the ability to write “Return to Sender ” and drop back in mailstream without paying postage. Also emailed stated if I would go inside the post office , they may try to charge me so put in outside bin. This is not a reputable company.
