Probably the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. The helmet was reported as delivered. It was not. I contacted Walmart and was told to " give it a few days....maybe it will show up". No further contact with them as the chat was ended by the ( presumably human) customer service representative. Please note, the interaction was cordial bilaterally, however, absolutely no help.
